This policy covers the photo upload form at this website, operated by KGGDS ("we", "us").
We do not collect your email address, phone number, or account details, and the form does not require you to sign in or create an account.
Uploaded images are sent directly from your browser to Google Drive and stored in a private folder controlled by us. Each file is named using the first and last name you provided, so your name is associated with your images. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse of this form. Turnstile processes limited technical information from your browser for that purpose. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Submitted names and images are used solely to administer and judge the photo competition. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Submissions are retained for the duration of the competition and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted.
